“If you meditate, if you pray, if you’re really conscious, you will experience moments when you will see this connection and oneness of life that is all around us.  And so in that energetic field, there is a magic and an alchemy that occurs when you allow yourself to tap into spirit, when you allow yourself to be guided by the voices that are within you.”

Toni Reece: Thank you so much, Synolve, for agreeing to be part of the Project today, and before we begin, can you please introduce yourself?

Synolve Craft: Hi.  I am Synolve Craft.  I am the CEO of The Infinite Field.  We publish a magazine, The Infinite Field magazine.  We also have a radio network, the Infinite Field radio and TV, and we also do workshops and other teleconferences as well.

Toni: Synolve, when you think of that word inspiration, who do you think you inspire, and how does it happen?

Synolve: Well, I think it’s a very organic process.  I put a lot of thought to that.  We really … I really look forward to inspiring people who are seekers, people who are open and who are ready and who want more.  So we’re always looking for and tapping into … and people are just I think in a very interesting way coming to us because they are looking for questions and answers to how spirit can really work fully and operate fully in their lives and how they can make their dreams come true.  And so they really do just come seemingly from nowhere, but we know they’re guided by spirit to come to us.

Toni: How does it happen?  How do they get inspired?  What happens during that engagement process with you?

Synolve: What happens … I actually do some private coaching, and I do workshops as well in addition to writing for the magazine, so I try to have multiple platforms, multiple ways, radio, TV interviews that I do, the writing that I do.  I’m working on a book project currently, so I try to have multiple ways for people to get and disseminate information.  So I try to really put myself out there.

And so the more I am true to spirit and the more I’m guided from within and tapping into what spirit has shared with me, then it’s easy just to share it, and it’s easy to share it just as easy as it is to breathe without thought, without any extended action but really allowing myself to go into the flow of what life is and what the infinite field has to bring to us and share.

Toni: When you say the infinite field, can you define that a little bit?

Synolve:  Sure.  We live in a field that’s surrounding us, an energetic field that we cannot see, but we definitely can feel and we can hear and we can touch.  If you meditate, if you pray, if you’re really conscious, you will experience moments when you will see this connection and oneness of life that is all around us.  And so in that energetic field, there is a magic and an alchemy that occurs when you allow yourself to tap into spirit, when you allow yourself to be guided by the voices that are within you.

For me, I say it’s a small silent voice that will tell me to go left or to go right or to do this or to do that, which led me actually to doing the magazine and to radio and the other things that I do.  So the infinite field is an energetic field that is always sprinkling and showering us with manna from heaven, and all we have to do is to tap into it and then act on the inspired action and guidance that we’re given and that is shared with us.

Toni: How does tapping into that and thinking along these lines and working this way, how does it help others to explore their potential?  What happens?

Synolve: It moves you out of the box.  It moves you out of thinking specifically about how you might have been raised in a traditional setting or what limitations you might have imposed on yourself about what’s real and about what’s possible.  It opens a door to an infinite realm of experiences.  For example, you and I, Toni, are connecting in this way with the Get Inspired! Project.  Things like that continually come to me and I’m sure come into your life as well.  You obviously are testimony of this of how seamlessly your life begins to operate and how all of your dreams just begin to manifest when you … when a person opens themselves up to the realm of possibilities.

So the more that I open myself up to what seemingly might have been impossible for a small girl raised in Mississippi and whose mother was not rich and who was a teenage mother, what seemingly is impossible for someone who comes from particular circumstances or set of situations is now fully within the realm of possibility because I am now a child of God.  I have now opened myself up to what spirit has to offer.

We see that in people’s lives over and over again.  People will open themselves up to the impossible, like President Barrack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates who did not complete a college education, and so many more people because they opened themselves up to the realm of the impossible and they’ve allowed spirit to be their guide.

Toni: So what inspires you?

Synolve: What inspires me?  I really meditate a lot.  I read a lot.  And so in meditating I get guidance from spirit, and that inspires me to do something new or try something that I haven’t done before.  I also read a lot.  Books really inspire me.  I also love TV, and most people won’t admit to that, but I do, but I really watch the kinds of programs that I watch, so science programs, things about quantum physics and other things.  Also, people; I really try to surround myself with people who are inspiring and who are doing amazing things, and this opens me up to create things that I had never dreamed of or thought that were possible.

Toni: How did you get here, Synolve?  How did you arrive at this place where you knew that this was your passion and this is what you wanted to do?  And I know that, you know, there had to have been some sort of a journey that you experienced.  Can you give an example of that?

Synolve: Sure.  I was laid off from work as a medical writer for a medical device company, and it was a very traumatizing experience.  I spent a year meditating, asking spirit “What am I supposed to do next?”  I have two children, and the answers didn’t come quickly, but I ran across The Secret and some very amazing people who were able to kind of shed some information and insight on my journey.  But most of the insight came from me in times of spirit, lying on the floor meditating, really going for long walks.  So I moved from not knowing one moment what I was going to do next to another moment of having a very clear idea of what spirit wanted for me to do.

Interestingly enough, I could have done this like Dorothy.  I could have clicked my heels and I could have done this years before, but I had a lot of limitations that I needed to release, a lot of things that I needed to let go of.  But the moment that I let go and released the things that were holding me back — the habits or limiting beliefs for myself — and opened myself fully to spirit, then everything changed, and the yellow brick road appeared which was my journey to go deeper into the infinite field and to become CEO of this media company.

Toni: Fantastic.  Thank you for sharing that.  Synolve, what do you do now to explore your own potential so you can continue walking this path and doing the great work that you’re doing and sharing all the information that you’re gathering with others?

Synolve: You know, for me, I just came out of a 30-day meditation where I really … what I do is honestly I get pillows and I close myself up in a room and I meditate, and I get pillows and I get blankets and I get in a comfortable space and I just lie before spirit and I say “What’s next?”

If I’m, you know … just like most people, I’m always sometimes feeling like there’s more or there’s something else that I can do, and I’m very … I do have times when I get really bored easily if I’m doing something for a long period of time, and I need to do more.  I want to do another challenge or I want something different.  So for me, I go back in the spirit and I say “What’s next spirit?  I want to do, you know, the next project or what’s the next interview, who should I be talking to?”

I spend that time in meditation and going within, and that fills me, and so I have enough energy and I fill myself up energetically so that I can do the mission that is for me to do.  That is really where I get my inspiration from.  It really is.  I also … and I mentioned read really good books and so it might be fiction, it might be a nonfiction book, and I listen to people who are inspiring.

So I always have a couple of autobiographies around me whether that’s Oprah or whether it’s Cynthia Black who is publisher of The Secret and publisher at Beyond Words, so I’m always also surrounding myself with people like you who are doing amazing, amazing things.  Their stories fill me up, and so I’m connected and can find within my own story things that I can do and become inspired.

For example, Oprah Winfrey’s story is very inspirational to me because I am also from Mississippi, and so seeing that line of progression and the success that she’s been able to have has had a huge impact on my life.  So it’s been about constantly continually finding people who are amazing and who are doing amazing things, and that can also come from everyday people.  One of the most inspirational people to me is my grandmother, who was a teacher, and her life is amazing to me and she continually challenges me even though she died several years ago.  But just her spirit and the lessons that she taught me continue to inspire me even today.

Toni: Thank you so very much for all of the information that you have shared with us in this interview, and really it’s fascinating the journey that you’ve been on and the doors that its opened to you once you realized that you had to let go, and I think that’s the message that I’m taking away from this interview.  And I know that people will take away their own messages here, but you’ve shared such great value today, and we thank you so very, very much for being part of the Get Inspired! Project.

Synolve: Thank you so much for allowing me to be here.

Toni: Oh, you are welcome, and we look forward to checking out your magazine and your radio show, and we will have links to both at the end of the transcript, so again thank you so much.  It was a pleasure.

Synolve: Namaste.

Toni: Take care.
